Hosting this website

The website is hosted on united-domains webspace in Germany. The web server processes technical connection data such as IP address, access time, requested page and browser information to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our interest in a secure, reliable website.

Non-binding booking requests

When you send a request, we process your name, email address, selected module, language choice and confirmation that you are an adult. This is necessary to answer your request and communicate before a potential contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The information is sent to our office and stored in a non-public area of the webspace. Where possible, you receive an acknowledgement by email. No online payment takes place.

Completed technical request copies are removed after 90 days during the next cleanup. Requests with incomplete delivery are reviewed for troubleshooting. Further mailbox correspondence is retained only as needed for your request and any resulting contractual or statutory retention obligations.

Form protection and cookies

Opening the request form sets a necessary session cookie to protect against submissions from other websites; it expires with the browser session. A keyed, non-readable check value derived from the IP address is temporarily stored to limit abusive requests. No analytics, advertising services, external fonts or embedded maps are loaded. Team photos are served directly from our webspace.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the Independent Data Protection Centre Saarland. Contact us using the details above to exercise your rights.
